About dialogs

Built from systems that already run.

dialogs.digital is not a concept on paper. Its two load-bearing parts are existing architectures in productive use — generalized, connected and made available to other companies.

Starting point

The loss rarely sits in the offering.

Many companies have good products, solid expertise, documents, cases, images, video, social channels, a website and a sales team that knows its craft. What is missing is rarely the content.

What is missing is the connection: content travels on a few channels only, visitors land on general pages, complex products get explained the same way to very different audiences, prospects have to orient themselves, and sales learns late what the other side actually cares about.

dialogs.digital works exactly at those handovers: recognize the opportunity, create additional qualified entry points, explain complex offerings differently per role, make intent visible, enable conversion, measure effect — and keep improving the path from what it shows.

The technical base

Two systems that already exist.

dialogs.digital is not a greenfield project. Its core architecture comes from two systems that are in use.

From a productive architecture for automated content production

The Reach Engine

A server-side architecture that produces, schedules and approves social media content automatically. Pinterest is the existing productive reference case. It is being developed step by step into a multi-tenant Reach Engine that turns a company's existing content into additional digital entry points.

From a running interactive platform

The Experience Engine

An existing digital world in which content, media, knowledge, navigation, interaction and guided user journeys are joined into one experience. It becomes a configurable sales experience platform for different companies, industries, products and audiences.

How we work

What we build by.

Diagnosis before proposal

First establish where the commercial loss is largest. A legitimate outcome is that a smaller measure will do.

Reuse before reinvention

Before anything is built, we check what can be carried over, generalized or connected from existing modules and content.

Configuration, not special cases

What a client needs should be configurable rather than produce new code per client. That is what keeps quality and price stable.

Measurable from the start

Measurement points belong in the blueprint, not in a later phase. Without measurement there is no learning.

Approvals stay visible

We automate what can be automated cleanly. Where a decision is needed, it stays a deliberate step.

In the background, AMIGOSU supports the automation and orchestration layer — research, analysis, content preparation and operations, for example. Outwardly, dialogs.digital stays understandable and usable entirely on its own.

The best starting point is an observation, not a meeting.
